xfinity stream browser cache error

(Error TVAPP-00100)

I keep getting this error on my browser and it tells me to clear my data cache. I have done so multiple times and on chrome, edge, and mozilla and it will not work. I reset my wifi router and tv signal. Xfinity Assistant is garbage. How can I get rid of this error so I can stream on my laptop if I have done the only thing that the error tells me to do in order to troubleshoot?

@user_302eaa I can understand the frustration if you are running into an error trying to use the Stream webpage. Thank you for confirming the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. Have you tried, in this order, clearing the cache/cookies, restart the device you are using, then the modem and once everything is rebooted try to log in again? Also, can you tell me what device you are using to try and access the Stream website?
