Xfinity stream beta

 I am disgusted with xfinity.   I'm paying my cable bill every month but cannot watch all of my channels due to an incompetent service provider.  The xfinity stream beta app is useless! I've spent $1500 on a 2022 Samsung Frame  tv so that I could get rid of cable boxes and wires. Now I learn that the app does not work.  Customer Service says just be patient we are working on it.  Yet when I look at other posts,  this has been a long term problem!! I think it's time to look into other internet and cable providers!

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
