xfinity stream beta error tvapp-00331 on Roku

Despite repeated requests on this stream to fix this error, customers continue to write in who still have the error. For me, it happens at least three times a week. Why am I paying for Xfinity streaming and DVR, if they are constantly dysfunctioning?  I have followed all the advice provided on this stream by Xfinity experts, yet the problem prevails.
