xfinity stream app

Struggles, I've had a lot. I am so sick of Xfinity. I ordered extra DVR space, they tell me only available on the Xfinity Stream App. Not only that, but I just finished installing the app, and guess what, I get a [Edited: "Profanity"] error message. Can't Comcast/Xfinity do anything that actually works without a thousand calls to the help desk? Why is everything they do so stupid? Please, I need help. they consider me a Platinum customer, and all I get is a pain [Edited: "Profanity"].

@user_54cd02 Which device did you install the Stream app on, and what is the error message? Which TV package do you subscribe to, and do you have any cable boxes? Or only using the Stream app?
