Xfinity stream app

Hello I've been having an issue with xfinity stream app i have called 5 times trying to have customer service fix the problem they have even sent me a new modem and I've been paying for for the service but the house hasn't been able to use the app for 8 months now and I have made sure everything was rebooted and that the modem and the app have matched i can not get it to work neither can customer service and I honestly free like I deserve a bill credit at least a little bit for each money I haven't been able to watch any local channel or news so can I please receive some type of help my account is Marzalski I could really use the help and the bill credit for some of the 8 months
