Xfinity stream app

The Xfinity stream app not working properly, the free stream is not available. Wants me to purchase a package. However the app works perfectly on my phone with free streaming.

Thanks for meeting us here about your Xfinity Stream concerns, @user_gkealy. Can you tell me what device Xfinity Stream isn't working properly on? Is it on your TV, tablet, or computer? Are you at home or away from home?

I also am unable to load xfinity stream on either of my laptops either at home or away. I can load it on my desktop computer and my phone. The screen with the stream logo comes up and the three dots keep flashing backand froth but dont enter the site. Initially I could enter but when I attempted to play someting I recorded nd clicked on watch, nothing.

I am also unable to stream anything on my PC.  I have tried two different browsers, on two different PCs.  It just permanently hangs on the 3 dots.  Once in a blue moon it'll go to the page where you think it's finally working, but you can't click on anything.  This has been going on for >5 days now.  App works fine on Android phone.

Please check out Xfinity Stream app minimum system requirements and make sure that your device can support the app. Let us know if you're still having problems after checking that the device is compatible.

I am getting the exact same thing on 2 of my Roku TVs.  I have tried and tried and the stupid thing still wants me to purchase a $48 package when the Xfinity Stream app is supposed to be free.  Both the TV and my phone are on the same WIFI network.  Yet, I get that error message.  How can we get this fixed?  Anyone know of a real solution?
