Xfinity Stream App

App will not work on my LG tv….bought this tv because the app came with it…reloaded/uninstalled and restated multiple times and still doesn’t work. Is there a fix? I can’t go by a new tv just cause app doesn’t work

@jdaub That would be quite frustrating to purchase a device with the intention of using the Xfinity Stream app only to bump into an issue when attempting to use it! Are you getting an error message or code when you launch the app? How is it not working for you?

It just buffers and takes forever for the app to load. Sometimes I get an error code, but mostly buffers.
