Xfinity Stream App will not show all recordings

The Stream App will not show all of my recordings. This feature used to work, then a week ago on the app it stopped showing all of the recordings from the x1 dvr. The dvr shows all of the recordings but not the stream app. From the app on my iPhone I have forced closed it, signed in and out, went to version and cleared device specific settings, then signed in as another user. From tv synced dvr, then done a system refresh. Also called Customer Service who trouble shooted and was not able to help. She put in a ticket and said it would be 4-6 hours before someone called back. Never heard back from anyone. This is frustrating! Is anyone able to help?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
