Xfinity stream app Roku tv - live tv and dvr playback
We’re having a continual problem unable to stream live tv channels through the app and also not able to watch dvr recordings. This problem is with the Roku tv, and on devices when on wife. For example, the app functions properly on my iphone when I turn off wifi and only use cellular through TMobile. We have the Xfinity Xfinity gateway.

@user_6y3nuz Thank you for making us aware of this streaming issue you're experiencing via Forums. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem you're having. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
