Xfinity Stream App Question

Daughter lives in Tate Georgia and cannot get Xfinity, She has to use Ellijay Telephone Company for Internet as her only choice unless she wants a dish setup. Can she download the Xfinity Stream App on her Roku and login with my email and password to receive Xfinity TV at her home in Tate Georgia. If possible what would the extra cost be to do this. Thanks.
