Xfinity Stream App on Samsung TV

Recently purchased a new 2001 Samsung TV and tried out the app. 

Noticed quickly that it's difficult to change channels with the native remote controls and requires interacting more with the app or using the favorite or last watched channels.

Is there anything in the works that will allow channel switching with the samsung remote channel switch button or do I need to use the favorite/last watched channels for quick channel switching?

I agree, I have all Samsung TVs and it’s not user friendly with the native remotes.

We value our customer's feedback so we can work to improve the app. Can you please tell us a little more about your experience? Are the buttons to change channels just not working?
