xfinity stream app on Samnsung TV not working

It's been working fine for months and now it doesn't.  I tried re-installing the app, resetting the TV to default settings and reloading everything and I get the same behavior now.  It's been like this for 5 days.  The app boots up and when i get to the sign in page, no QR code or regular code appears on the page.  The page looks normal except for missing codes to sign in from my phone or browser.

I can't get pass this.
