Xfinity Stream App not working through our Roku Stick

Question

Yesterday, Xfinity was working on the lines to update our cable and internet services. Now, we cannot get our Xfinity Stream App to work on our Roku Stick. We are now receiving the error code TVAPP-00231. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

user_k9fwa5 Hello! Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Roku stick. Can you please remove the power source going to the Roku for about 30-seconds and then restore power to it? That should fix it, but if it is still giving you problems, please let us know.
