I have this exact issues @XfinityJoe

- i spent 20 minutes on chat with Tarun and he said I needed to contact technical support.  they would call me in 5-10 minutes

- 90 minutes later, technical support called. i was on the phone with them for 45 minutes, and it was a merry-go-round, the person wanted to know my username and had no idea what they were doing.  Convinced this was a 'bulk service' issue even thought I told him the EXACT same problem exists at my father in-law's house which is what prompted me to contact support.... he blindly transferred my to bulk support which queued my call

- bulk support called 45 minutes later, I spend 20 minutes explaining the issue again... he said he needed to transfer me to another department...

- to my SHOCK, he actually transferred me to EERO support wtf...

Some of the worst technical support I've ever experienced
