Xfinity stream app not working on 3 separate Apple TVs

Over the last 4 days the Xfinity Stream app has stopped working on 3 separate Apple TVs in my house. They each give the message that the device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in home Xfinity WiFi. I have triple checked the network, reinstalled apps and system resets and still the same message. Is anyone else having this issue.

@user_c8j17o Any troubleshooting steps you've tried? Such as power cycling your cable modem and separate router if used?

I’ve done those multiple times. All of the other apps on the Apple TVs are working flawlessly.  I can screen mirror Xfinity stream from my phone to each device with out a problem. 
I just want to know why the app will not work on any of these devices.

Thanks for reaching out to us I do apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing while streaming the app via your Apple Tv,  this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/stream-on-apple-tv-overview  has great information on streaming our app through the apple TV device.

 

 

Have you made sure your Apple TV is connected to your home wifi network as well so the Xfinity app can recognize that the device is connected to the home network?
