Xfinity stream app issue 0050

Can you explain to me when you are going to fix the Xfinity app stream app? We constantly have it pausing freezing coming up with the message TV app – 00500 so it’s telling me it’s a problem with your app we’ve had problems with this app since we got rid of the box and decided to stream. I don’t understand why Xfinity is having so much problems fixing their app.

my friends that have YouTube TV which they stream also has no issues with this and they can pause live TV. They can rewind things that the Xfinity app doesn’t do so we know the technology exist and Xfinity is choosing not to fix their app so that tells me it’s a purely financial reason and since Xfinity is the most costly of everything why is that why would they would not want to provide the best service possible to their customers please let me know what the issues you’re having and how long it will take to get it fixed
