abigail30 The Xfinity Stream error TVAPP-00100 indicates a communication breakdown or authorization timeout between your streaming device and Xfinity's servers. I would recommend restarting your Xfinity Gateway, or modem, and clear the cache for the Xfinity Stream app on your devices.
The Xfinity technician already did all that and replaced the modem and still nothing is working. You Still cannot use Xfinity stream with the Roku sticks. Keep getting the same error. The technician left so no resolution has been made. I am at a loss as to where I go from here now.
abigail30 I'm sorry to hear the technician was unable to help resolve your concern. We can take a closer look at your account, and entitlements. Please send us a direct message.

I tried to send a direct message. I don’t know if it went correctly or not but I’m still getting the error message as of August 6. I’ve gone to the store. I’ve talked to Comcast. I’ve had the technician there. all software updates have been done on the Roku, the TVs and the Xfinity app and nothing is working and the modem was replaced. please advise our next step
We replied in the DMs and will have you meet us back in that interaction.

@abigail30 Are all the TVs the same make and models and what are they? Are you getting that error on other devices besides your TVs?
