xfinity stream app black screen on samsung television

Hello,

My xfinity stream app has recently stopped working on my 2021 samsung television. It worked as recently as three weeks ago.

When I try to open the app my television becomes a black screen, and the only way out is to go to my televisions home screen.

I've done a hard reset of the television, restored it to factory settings, and have tried every other tip I can find on the internet.

Please help!
