Xfinity NOW TV Streaming SUDDENLY DROPPED MOST CHANNELS & I'M GETTING THE RUNAROUND

Pardon my mounting frustration. I have Xfinity NOW TV Streaming, WiFi, and 2 mobile devices with xfinity. 5 days ago NOW TV Streaming on the internet, on the app for mobile phones, and the Streaming app on Fire Stick suddenly dropped PEACOCK, & MOST of the channels in the lineup that I enjoyed previously, which are included in the package.

I've called multiple times, live-chatted with India and Pakistan, fought with bots that put me in an endless loop of signing in/what's your problem/account not found. CAN'T ONE HUMAN OR BOT TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED AND FIX IT?!

I've been told at least 3 times "It will be fixed in 1-2 hours". I've been assured that the problem has been escalated to Tier 2 support. I've been admonished for not answering the automated phone call (which is an inquiry to whether the problem has been solved...Press 1 for Yes, 2 for No and hangs up). On the last call with a human an hour ago I was told to use live-chat online! (I dare you to give me the URL to the proper NOW TV Streaming site that won't eventually tell me I don't have the service).

I've removed cookies, cleaned caches, uninstalled & reinstalled, rebooted, unplugged— everything except put all the parts in a bag and swung them over my head and screamed like a chicken.

I do have 2 accounts online: 1 on line for mobile, 1 for NOW TV. I did not ask for two accounts. CS says I have to talk to Tech, Tech says talk to CS. If this is the problem CAN I GET HELP PLEASE? I have screen shots and chat transcripts. Thanks for letting me vent. Solutions or putting me in contact with the right people will very much be appreciated.
