Xfinity is telling me to connect to my in home Wi-Fi to view from home
I’m trying to watch xfinity from my home from my iPad and I’m being told to connect to be on my
in home Wi-Fi. I’m already on my home Wi-Fi. What’s the issue and how do I resolve?

Hello, @user_aoefay I hope overall you're enjoying your service, and your day is going well! Most of the time this issue is the device itself and how it reads your wireless network. Especially if other devices are online.
To be thorough I recommend resetting your modem, iPad, and separate equipment if you have any. Such as a router or wireless extender. Then disconnect the iPad from your wireless network and connect to another network if possible. Then forget your network and reconnect to it. These actions tend to clear up the issue.
