To help us better understand the issue, are you receiving any error codes or error messages when attempting to access your email account? If so, please let us know the exact message you're seeing.
Additionally, are you unable to access your email through the Xfinity website, a mobile device, an email application (such as Outlook or Apple Mail), or all of the above?
Once we have a bit more information, we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.
