xFinity Billing & NOW StreamSaver Bundle

I pay for NOW StreamSaver which includes Apple TV+, Peacock, and Netflix. In checking my account my payment was processed on May 1.  Suddenly April 30th I get emails from Netflix and Apple stating that:

Apple: Your Apple TV+ subscription through xFinity is ending.

Netflix: You’re no longer using your Xfinity bill to pay for your Netflix membership. Please add a new payment method to keep watching all your favorite TV shows and movies.

Netflix has paused my accounts and Apple is giving me a free month before they change my iCloud account for Apple TV+.

I went to the physical store yesterday and then spent 5 hours on ‘chats’ with 3 different people and then spent an additional 2 hours on the phone.  Nobody is able to resolve this issue.  THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

On the forum I see that this is a known issue since Sept 2024.  EITHER RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!

@XfinityAlfonso - Yes, I have tried this multiple times.  Each of the 5 customer service reps that I spoke/messaged with asked me to complete this step.  It did not resolve the problem.

Good morning @user_vhtuhl One thing to remember is NOW is prepaid, while XFINITY is your traditional postpaid service. Also, NOW service is separate from being an XFINITY customer. While it does use the same physical infrastructure, the billing, troubleshooting, and support are handled exclusively online. We do not have the ability to view, change, update, or troubleshoot NOW services.

For help and support you can check https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?intent=skill.cxao.now.entry
