using your TV's menu and remote remove the beta app. then power unplug your TV for 2-3 minutes then plug back in. reinstall the app, be sure to accept the terms and conditions. working now?
Same here on Samsung 7, when reinstalling it, it goes to the settings page under 'Purchases' and I can't go to a program menu.Pretty lousy software, when it works, and now it doesn't.
