Xfinity App

All of a sudden, my Xfinity app is asking me to start a trial. I’ve been streaming it for over a year now. Is something wrong.? My other apps are working on my ROKU stick except Xfinity.

are you the primary account holder? changed a modem/gateway recently? moved recently?

Yes, I’m the primary account holder. I was contacted by xfinity a few hours ago and was told that there is a problem with the App. They are working on it to get fixed.
