Xfinity app on Samsung TV doesn't show any DVR recordings

I have the Xfinity app installed on many devices including cell phones, tablets and an Amazon Fire stick.  All show my recordings except for the app installed on a fairly new Samsung TV model QN50xxxx

Hey amr421, can you please confirm if you're able to go to Saved > Recordings and the section is blank, or are you not able to navigate to Saved > Recordings? Also, is other playback working outside of your recordings?

Hi Chris,

Well...  Went to take a photo of the app on teh TV, and...  Under Saved I can now see my recordings!

Magic.  Fixed!

@XfinityChrisP​ Hi,  Spoke too soon.  Now when I try to play any recording, I am getting a looping:

Attempting to Resume... We've run into a problem with streaming.  Please wait while we try to resume.   (...)  then Retry button

This video cannot be played. We've run into a problem with streaming. {Error TVAPP-00373)   * - sometimes error is TVAPP-00379

but nothing ever plays.

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues. Is this new issue and error code also occurring on the Samsung TV or on a separate device?
