Xfinity App on Roku

I am trying launch/set up my Xfinity app on Roku and once I authorize and it loads for a little I keep getting an Error message with the code "error set deviceprovision:1" in the bottom right. I am using my Xfinity wifi on my Roku.

do you have a working X1 set top box connected to a TV in your home?
