Xfinity app not working on Roku and Amazon
so am I missing something. We are almost paying $300 a month and you’re telling me that I can’t load Xfinity on either one of our Roku or Amazon TVs. It’s been months of messages from concerned customers and it is still not working. No wonder everyone is going to YouTube TV.
well so are we.

@razorback1993 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Are you receiving an error code or error message when you try launching the Xfinity Stream App? Have you tried pulling the power source out of the Roku or Fire Stick for about a minute and then tried launching the app again?
