Xfinity app not working on Android

My Xfinity app is not working on my Samsung Galaxy 8 tablet. It has Android 12 software.

The app opens and I can see all the information but when I select a station all I get is the 3 dots. 

. . .  moving but never connects to the station. This started on 11/25/22.  When I called Xfinity there was an automated message saying they were working on it. 
When I called today there is no automated msg. about it but it still has the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app from Google Play Store but still have the same issue.

 I also tried to use Xfinity Stream from the internet through My Account but it took me back to the app.

By the way the Xfinity Stream app works fine on my IPhone .

Please give me a solution as to why it won’t connect to a station on my Android device.

This just started for us today on Samsung GalaxyTab A7.  Worked fine yesterday but this morning (11/28) we are experiencing the same issue as the OP has described.  We can watch via Windows computer, but not mobile device(s).  Our tablets are up to date with Android 12.  We uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches from everywhere.

Hello @user_5df57e. Thank you for sharing your experience here on the Xfinity Community Forum. I appreciate you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you took to try and get this resolved on your end. I checked to see if there were any known issues reported, but didn't see anything related to the  Stream App and Galaxy Tablets in particular. I'd like to do a little more troubleshooting and help get this reported. Can you send a direct message with your first and last name and service address? To send a direct message click the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
