Xfinity App Freezes

​No matter which device, any attempt to watch live TV freezes after about 10 seconds.  I have rebooted all Roku devices, removed and reinstalled the Xfinity Stream app, checked for updates, and checked my internet speed. ​

That is not good @user_fdf156 I will make sure we get your services working properly. Sorry for the ongoing freezing troubles. You mentioned you are watching on a Roku device. Do you have any TV boxes with us or only Roku devices? I want to make sure we troubleshoot all affected devices.
