Thank you for reaching out to us @user_3474ef! We appreciate you for already attempting to resolve this issue by uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing cache. Have you double-checked if your device is running the most up-to-date Android software?

does your stream app require the most recent version of Android software to function properly?

@user_3474ef That is a great question! Most devices work better with the updated Software, but this page will show you all our requirements to help ensure the Stream app is working as it should.  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-requirements)

@user_3474ef That is a great question for what general information I have access to without an account I am not able to locate a specific reason you would be encountering this error. Some errors like this are when the application has issues connecting to the full services available to your account and a refresh for your full account may be needed, but that is just an example.

send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

I agree, I've been having this problem for months with the error code 15127. I've taken it to the top levels of the Xfinity engineering team to no avail. they never got back to me and the issue still exist. everything works fine on my phone, but the error code exists on my tablet to this day.
