Xfinity and Peacock accounts not linked

My Xfinity account says Peacock Premium is active.  Can’t log in to Peacock probably because of old free account. How do I resolve?

Greetings, @user_5zxxb3! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your Peacock Premium subscription. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you are getting a message saying your Peacock Premium service is already active, then you should be able to log in with your primary email address, or the email address that was designated when your Peacock Premium account was initially set up. You may have had a different email address in place at the time without realizing it, or it may have defaulted to an address you do not normally use.

The best course of action is to go to https://www.peacocktv.com/ and select "Sign In". It will ask you to enter your email address. If Peacock recognizes your email, it will ask you for a password, which can be reset if necessary. If Peacock does not recognize your email address, it will ask you to select a paid plan. When that happens, it usually means your Peacock Premium account is registered under a different email address. If you have multiple emails, you can try each one until you get the prompt asking for your password.

If you are unable to determine which email address your account is registered under, please let us know, and we can work with our partners at Peacock to see if it can be recovered.
