X1 DVR Available Recordings Out of Synch (not available) On Streaming Devices

There are recordings missing on my multiple streaming devices that are available on my X1.

These devices include Roku, iOS apps, macOS Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

All OS's and apps are latest and greatest, all devices and apps have been rebooted and closed/openned.
