Wrong channel context playing on Telemundo hd
I have been trying to watch Telemundo hd so I can watch the World Cup while at work, but for the past week Telemundo hd has been playing jeopardy but in English. I have replicated this issue on my mobile device as well as my MacBook. The issue is not present on my actual cable box. I had a friend try it on their phone and the issue was not able to be replicated. Please help solve this. Would love to actually be able to watch the World Cup.

I can understand how frustrating this is, especially when you’re trying to watch the World Cup and the wrong programming is playing on Telemundo HD through Stream. Since the channel works correctly on your cable box but not on your mobile device or MacBook, this sounds like an Xfinity Stream app/portal channel mapping or playback issue, rather than a problem with the Telemundo channel itself.
A quick step you can try now:
Please sign out of the Xfinity Stream app and Stream portal, fully close the app/browser, then sign back in. Also make sure the Stream app is updated, and if you’re using a browser on your MacBook, try clearing cache/cookies or using a private/incognito window.
Does the channel show/list the World Cup as what is playing on Telemundo in the stream app or does it show Jeopardy?
The World Cup should also be playing on FOX and FS1. Do either of those channels have show the World Cup in the steam app?
