Worst customer service
I have tried for 2 days to get to see my current plan the chat is not a chat it is a test to see how long you are willing to keep selecting an issue and getting no response. I am trying to find when my Peacock subscription ends. I can't see anything in my account because it is always busy try again later. I have select current plan and still nothing but what I am currently paying for. If I had any ability to get another company internet I would cancel. It is unacceptable to pay money every month and not get any assistance when you need it. Shame.

@Chery1ann I would log in to Peacock using your account credentials using a web browser. If you click on account, you can see the details of your subscription.
