windows PC xfinity streaming this video cannot be played Error player.canStream.403.403-12

Hello Community Members,

Xfinity Streaming does not work on Windows PC (on any browser) but works fine on Mac.  Trying to watch Wimbledon live match play.  Just get an error message ...

"This Video Cannot Be Played"

"We've run into a problem while streaming"

"Singles Fourth Round"

(Error player.canStream.403.403-12)

Tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox on recent Windows Laptop.  Some channels work, but not The Tennis Channel on SD or HD channels.  Discovered it works on Mac with Firefox.  What could possibly be wrong?
