Will Xfinity Stream Website ever start working again?

I've addressed this several times in different ways. It was even escalated and still same issue, across all devices. It's been almost 2 years now. But now that I have a new laptop I really want this to work now.

it was working for us until april 2024 at least. however tried it yesterday and it just sits there, same today. looks like they may have updated their website design as well which might have something to do with it.

@where_is_tcm yeah it's been a long since mine worked. I was told it was a national outage but I've had this "outage" like 2 years and @Xfinity Support has referred us to tech support tier 1, 2 and I believe 3 and still luck.

@user_b9db9f The Xfinity Stream portal is working perfectly, as well as the app. We just had Free TV Week, where Xfinity Internet only customers also get a free catalog to enjoy.
