I’m having the same issue. When I go to your link it’s telling me to sign up for Xfinity Pro. I did this and set up the extender yesterday — no option to buy the battery.

Thanks for working with our team on this, @user_8w1oqz! We found that the Xfinity Pro order was still pending on the account. Once we completed that, we were able to set up the order for the backup battery. Our shipments take 2-5 days to arrive so you will have it by the end of this week.
