@user_i1q46b That would be quite the frustrating experience when you're attempting to relax to one of your favorite programs. Have you conducted any troubleshooting from your end such as restarting the modem and the device you're attempting to watch Xfinity Stream? Is it multiple devices getting that same message or one specific?
