why is paramount + still slow and lagy

why hasn't xfinity fixed the lag and slow load with paramount plus?  is xfinity purposely making it slow so we don't stream from paramount?  its getting ridiculous! I've gone back a year looking through the forums.  its an absolute joke! you cant fix the issue.
