Why is NFL network removed from Xfinity stream?

NFL network and NFL Redzone are removed from the Xfinity stream app. Channels 113, 600, 714 and 1215-1216 no longer appear in the channel guide.

user_23p2fr Thank you so much for stopping in for help with the NFL Network and NFL Redzone on your stream app. We have not removed access to these channels in the stream app but access does depend on your lineup and options. Have you by chance made any changes to your TV options recently or changes to your promotions?

Amanda - good afternoon. Thank you for the reply.  The NFL Network and NFL Redzone have been removed from the Xfinity stream app. They are no longer available on Mobile, Laptop or ROKU. The channels are missing from the channel lineup. Calling support, we were told that Comcast had removed them from streaming for some unknown reason. No date was given for if or when they would be restored...

Before we let you go and if you have time, who do you currently use for mobile service and how much is your bill? Adding Mobile can save you money by switching from your current provider and you wouldn't even have to get a new phone. Plus, with the By the Gig option, you'd only be paying for the data you use based on your service needs. The savings calculator on the XFINITY Mobile website can give you a good idea on how much you can save.
