Where’s live HBO, Showtime, etc?

I’m trying out the Xfinity Stream app on my AppleTV’s and I’m browsing through the channel lineup and although I subscribe to the Ultimate tv package I cannot find the live HBO, Showtime, etc movies channels. 

Now I did just activate this service to my account so it could take a while for those channels to populate, not sure but that could be it. 

Ideas?
