When will I be able to use xfinity streaming again?!

I recently moved to a new home and transferred my internet over.  But now my xfinity streaming is not working on my Samsung smart tvs. It tries to log in, then shows no channels and gives me an error code 00500 when I try to look at the menu.  Xfinity support is no help!  I have tried to get someone to talk to me all week!  How many times is it going to tell me that someone will call me, but then no one does?!  I have paid for a week of streaming services that I cannot use because no one wants to help me!  Why am I paying for this?

CWhiteley Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about the streaming issues you have been experiencing. We'd like to help troubleshoot. Is your TV up to date with the latest OS? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the App?
