Web Stream not showing all DVR Recordings

My DVR cloud recordings are not all showing up on the Xfinity Web Stream. Any ideas how to get them to sync? Thanks

Hi there and welcome to Comcast. I am sorry to hear you are not able to watch your recordings on the Xfinity Streaming App. You are in the right place and I am happy to assist you today. Are you getting an error message when you are going to the SAVED option on the Xfinity Stream?

Thank you for the update. Roughly how many recordings are you seeing on the TV vs the Stream app?  Is it just older recordings that you are not seeing?

Thank you for checking this for me. It sounds like you have gone over the 20 hours of cloud DVR recordings that you can view through the stream app. This would be the most recent 20 hours of programing. I would like to see if this is in fact the case. Can you send us a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityDanielC​ I am confused the last tech I spoke to said the extra $10 a month I am paying is for 120 hours of space. Are you saying I have to pay another fee for web in addition to the extra we are already paying?
