Web DVR: Can't record more than one show at a time without getting "Recording Conflict."
I am trying to record 2 shows in Cloud DVR at the same time. On my Live Favorite Channels web page, the schedule shows the recordings, but one of them claims "recording conflict." I thought the max was 6 at a time.
The two coincident scheduled shows have been in my weekly sched for months and I've never had a problem.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Update: OK, just went back to take a look, and now NEITHER of the two shows are recording. Both say "Recording Conflict."

Hello @user_515f22, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! You can record up to six programs at one time. In some areas, Xfinity TV services provide a maximum of two simultaneous recordings without a DVR account enhancement.
