Weather Channel

We have been using the Xfinity Stream app on our LG TV in the bedroom to avoid using/paying for a box.  Other than occasional glitches, I do not have a problem watching tv.  However, the Weather Channel constantly glitches out within 30 seconds of tuning to that channel, making it so we can't watch that one channel.  Is this a known problem?  Is Comcast working on it?

next time you have the problem try the same channel using a smart phone/tablet connected to the same wifi network. Same problem?

I too have the same issue. This is the only channel on Xfinity stream that glitches. I have tried all tv’s and mobile devices. This has been an issue from day one.

The Weather Channel is on non-HD channel 67 and HD channels 815 and 1102 in Dover DE.  The choppy video issue is on all three "Weather Channel" channels.  The video is a still picture that updates every 2-3 seconds.  It's like watching a picture slide show.  The audio is fine. Commercials have the same problem.  It has been happening for weeks.  I am only having this issue using the Xfinity Stream app on my phone and also on both of my Amazon Fire TV stick 4K's.   No issues when played on my X1 cable box.
