Weather channel error TVAPP-00231

Weather channel is not working on Xfinity Stream; error code TVAPP-00231. I restarted my TV, checked for updates, uninstalled and re-installed Xfinity Stream app with no resolution.

user_8fgr5c Good morning to you! I hope that your weekend got better from this error. I'm sorry for the interruption in your service and thank you for taking the steps to restart and uninstall / reinstall the app. Are you having the same error on any other channels?

I get the same error, only on the Weather Channel. First try signing off/on, then when that didn't work, removed and reinstalled the app. Still no good. Have a few different Roku units, and same issue on all of them with the Xfinity Stream app and the Weather Channel
