Weather Channel Error: TVAPP-0023

This Video Cannot Be Played. We've run into a problem while streaming.  This same issue occurred with the Newsmax Channel previously with my Roku Devices.  All suggestions ie.  Restart Modem and Router, Delete Xfintity Stream App and Reinstall,  Restart Roku devices etc. have been tried numerous times with no resolution.  Xfinity will say we will have a technician come out which will be a waste of time because there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue.  Xfinity will blame the channel provider and say it is on their end.  All to no avail.  The issue must be addressed by Xfinity technician on their end, period.  I will wait for a response from support.
