Upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus not reflected in Peacock app

I upgraded to Peacock Premium Plus via the Xfinity.com website --- paying $6 a month.

This change was reflected immediately on the xfinity website everywhere I looked.

The change was also listed as Active immediately.

When I go to Peacock app on any device or log onto peacocktv.com, my subscription level is still Premium.

I have canceled the order and reordered. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app on numerous devices.

I've signed out all devices via peacocktv.com.

Nothing has worked.

I'm only interested in the upgrade for the world cup, so hoping someone has a solution!!!!

user_a7gin1 Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can help you upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus and enjoy the World Cup! I want to make sure you're logging into the correct Peacock Profile that you upgraded through the Xfinity site. Please follow these steps to unlink your Email and set it back up.

Go to the StreamStore through xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.
Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account
After clicking Unlink Peacock:

You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use.
Select No, please use another account to use a different email.
Enter the email you’d like to use.
Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.
