upgrade from peacock premium to premium plus but there's stuff sitting in my cart that I can't delete
In trying to upgrade my Peacock to Plus level, I somehow got some other stuff in the cart. If I add the Peacock Plus selection, the monthly cost gets added to these other very costly items. So, I can't check out. I can't find a way to delete items out of the cart to get it to zero so that I can add my Peacock Plus upgrade. How do I empty the cart without checking out?

Hi there user_1z6np6, thanks for taking the time to reach out here on the community forums! I'm sorry to hear that the website isn't being cooperative. Can you tell us more about the extra items that are getting added? Also, have you already tried logging out and clearing your cache and cookies or using incognito mode before logging back in?
