Update

Just got off phone with tech support, less painful than feared from previous experiences, connected within five minutes, they acknowledged the streaming app error 00148, they are aware and working on it, going on for about a week and they’re hoping fix in the next few days, they will email a link to request callback for credit, depending on the duration of missed service at the end of the period once fixed. Reasonable I thought, Will wait- hopefully soon.
